Important information for you:

  • How to search for accommodation?
    a) By navigating in the left-hand column
    b) Quick search fulltext search is available on the web top-right. This means you can also enter abbreviated text:
  • name of hotel if you are looking for Hotel Panorama, for example, you can enter just pano
  • name of street if you are looking for the street Výstavni, for example, you can enter just vyst
  • name of town if you are looking for Český Krumlov, for example, you can enter just kruml
  • part of town Prague 1 you can enter just prague 1
  • you can also search for your own words e.g. hostel, swimming pool, suite, etc.

I. Can your company save me money on hotel rooms and services?

Of course. Congratulations for saving money with us. Price lists are given on the web for each hotel. If you have any questions, we will be delighted to explain everything to you.

II. How much commission do you charge for making a reservation?

The given prices are final! Reservations are free of charge. A fee is only charged on cancellations.

III. What are your prices and what do they include?

We have contracts with hotel companies ensuring that our prices for you are lower than those you would be charged direct by the hotel! The price includes breakfast, local charges, VAT and cleaning (unless stipulated otherwise). You can, of course, make a reservation direct at the hotel, though in this case we cannot guarantee you will get the same advantageous price as that shown on our web portals.

IV. Who makes the reservation who is responsible for the reservation?

All reservations are made by the company ABSOLUTE Agency s.r.o., which is one of the most experienced tour operators in the Czech Republic. We are always at your disposal.

VI. Is an even greater price reduction possible?

Yes! Significant reductions are provided for groups of more than 15 or 20 people, for student groups, children and long stays.

VII. How can I reserve accommodation and additional services?

These pages allow for various forms of reservation: on a form, by e-mail or fax. We will answer reservations made in any of these ways, even at the weekend, as soon as possible we see this as our priority. We do, however, recommend you give your e-mail address and, most importantly, your telephone number, as this will speed everything up.

VIII. How safe is it to send my personal details?

If you reserve accommodation using the form available at all the hotels, you have to give a valid credit card number. The transfer of this data is secure. If you make a reservation by e-mail, this data is not protected. You can, however, also send everything by fax, in which case your data will be protected.

IX. When will I receive a reply, and what will it contain?

As soon as possible – by the next day at the latest! This reply will contain a breakdown of the prices of the reservation and services offered. It may also include details on accommodation at another hotel – though a hotel of the same standard and price as the original hotel requested. An “OPTION” period will also be given – the date by which you must confirm the reservation.

X. How and when must I pay?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express) into our account. We will send you an agreement form.

You can also pay by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. Payment for the services ordered can, following agreement, be made on arrival at the hotel reception or at our office. If you have not provided information on your credit card on the reservation form, you can send it by fax see Contacts.

XI. Can I cancel a reservation?

YES. If you cancel a reservation for one person more than 10 days before arrival, you will not be charged anything. If you cancel it later than 10 days before arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the price for accommodation for 1 night. We will send you cancellation conditions for groups and top dates along with confirmation of your reservation.

XII. How can I identify myself at the hotel?

At the hotel you will present the VOUCHER we send you in receipt of payment. If you leave this Voucher at home, dont worry the hotel will have been informed of your details and will provide you with accommodation.

XIII. Will there be anything to pay at the hotel?

If you have paid in advance, you will show our Voucher and then pay merely for any additional services you use, e.g. minibar, telephone, garage, etc.

If you have not paid in advance you will receive merely the confirmed services from us and will have to pay for everything at the hotel.
